The only time in the span of a day where no one else matters.  One is totally focused, totally empowered, totally in sync with one’s body, totally in “the zone”.  There are no problems, only solutions.  Only how strong one is, how far one can go, only what is possible.  Gratitude and bliss abide.  The mind is at ease even though it is working. One totally knows who they are, where they are going and priorities are in check.


It’s the miracle drug that not only makes everything ok, it makes it better.
