So long as you’re measuring your progress by what you’ve achieved instead of how you feel, you’re setting up yourself for a never ending battle.  What you accomplish lies outside of you whereas how you feel is  not only immediately accessible within you but also within your control.  It’s much easier to change how you feel than it is to change what you accomplish.

The catch: how you feel directly impacts what you accomplish.

The better you feel – the more you accomplish.
